Software
Submit art files as a PDF or Adobe Illustrator (AI) filetype in order to ensure compatibility with the software that we use. 
​Fonts
Fonts that are not used in Illustrator by default should be converted to outlines in order to ensure they are visible in our editing software. 
Images
If you are sending a photo or any other image, use the highest quality version of the image available.  This can help decrease the time required for custom artwork creation and improve quality.
